Please be advised that your observation has been forwarded to the appropriate committe members. An investigation will be launched and the results will be published. According to our calculation, you should have a guard pass your house at least every 20 minutes. In the future, should you notice no guards for a whole hour please contact Jet Tan @ 019-311-9268 (day) or J.S.Lo @ 012-635-2648 (night) for immediate follow-up. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Happy New Year!!

  6. Wishing all Seri Utama residents a Happy New Year.

Of late, there are many more houses with the 'Guarded' tag. I hope the participation rate has increased well beyond the 39% level in Nov/Dec 2010.

With regards to the lack of patrolling on the said date and time, please be advised that there was a problem with a motorbike on the given night. To prevent recurrence of such failure, SUAC plans to increase the staffing levels of our guards. This increase is made possible by the corresponding increase in the participation rate of our residents to approximately 65%. We still require more residents to participate so as to allow us to implement an air tight system complete with sentry guards and to fund capital expenditures which will include manual boom gates and new guard houses.

  8. Congratulations for achieving 65% participation rate! This is a significant improvement over the previous 39% within a short span of time, which is undoubtebly due to SUAC's hard work.

By the way, I'm glad I managed to convince my neighbour to join. Kudos to him coz he sees the sense in joining eventhough he's renting the premises as a half-way house for him and another colleague. Wish there are more like-minded people.

Thanks for your support and assistance. I must also add that many residents were very receptive to our plans and saw the need for security. Thanks again.
