BOOM GATE REPAIRED BY SUAC

SUAC took it upon itself to repair the boomgate at post 1 as we could no longer count on any sort of cooperation from Phase 4. While the damage was caused by a delivery truck delivering to Phase 4, they have refused to bear full responsibility. Sadly, SUAC, for the good of our security, was forced to repair the gate.

February 2012 Circular

Dear Residents,

1) A Very Happy New Year to all our Residents.

2) Negotiations continue with phase 4 on the boom gate at post 1 and numerous other issues. Meanwhile, SUAC continues to operate independently with no change to our procedures or security level.

3) Post 2 was recently converted to a “sticker only” entrance. We thank you for your co-operation in advising your visitors to use post 1 only.

4) The speed bumps along JSP 5/5 were removed by MBPJ as a result of a complaint by a Phase 4 resident. Rest assured, SUAC will make the necessary application to have these rebuilt for the safety of our guards and children playing at the park.

5) Quite a number of our residents have fallen behind on the payment of the security dues. Kindly contact your street rep to make your payment. SUAC cannot maintain a high level of security if residents continue to fall into arrears. Please help us help you.

6) SUAC is planning a Family Day set for February 19th, 2012 at 5pm. Please make yourselves available. This event will be financed through the generosity of MBPJ and donations from our generous residents. SUAC will NOT use any of our residents’ funds for such event.

We trust that most of you are satisfied with our security system and should you have any complaints / suggestions, please feel free to visit our blog (http://seriutama2n3.blogspot.com).
