  2. SUAC is in discussions to add a CCTV to track 5/17. The purpose of this CCTV is for tracking vehicles into phase 4 but it will have the added advantage of catching anyone thats dumps their garbage there. In the meantime, I will inform the guards to keep a lookout for such ignorant people.

  3. Assuming a 'Jalan' or a group of us wants CCTV cover for a few houses, can it be done if we bear the cost for the cctv? thx

  4. Absolutely, SUAC, in its meeting after the Family Day, discussed the fairst way to install CCTV's for the entire taman. It was concluded that the fairest way was to allow the residents themselves (or through the street reps) to discuss amongst their neighbours to gather a group of residents for such installation. We have discusse with the vendor of our CCTV's and here are some of the details. Ideally, a CCTV placed in the middle of a stretch of 7 homes can cover 3 houses on each side. The house in the center will be required to supply the elctricity and that is where the DVR will be placed. To allow for all 7 residents to access the CCTV's online(optional), the house in the center will be required to have an internet connection. Being the house that is supplying the electricity and the internet (optional), the house in the middle will have an added advantage of being able to add a camera directed to their front door. Hope this answers your question. Should you require anything further, please do let us know.

  6. It would be best if you dealt with our CCTV vendor directly to get an accurate picture on product and price. This way, you are able to do a comparison with other vendors and make a decision. Regards.
