SUAC hears you….please be advised that SUAC has forwarded all complaints and grievances of our residents to MBPJ. The following list reflects the concerns of our residents as highlighted during the Q & A session of our Family Day 2012.
1) Request for increased fogging to combat mosquitoes.
2) Request for the trimming of the tree in front of No. 26 JSP 5/11.
3) Request for the re-installation of speed bumps at Post 1.
4) Request for the removal of the abandoned cars in our taman.
5) Request for yellow boxes to be painted at our entrances.
6) Request for the removal of the shrubs which line JSP 5/1. MBPJ has already responded to this request and is in the process of trimming the said shrubs.
7) Request for lawn cutting at 30 JSP 5/14 and back of 32A JSP 5/8.
8) Request for the removal of the speed bump at JSP 5/12 and the subsequent installation of one which complies with MBPJ regulation.
Well done SUAC. As a resident, I am so grateful for the work that SUAC does for the community. Our family feels safe and its all thanks to all the hard work. Keep it up!!

ReplyDeleteThanks. We ask the same question ourselves. When will we finally get our approval to build our guardhouses? It's a frustrating wait but we need to comply with the local by-laws. Rest assured, SUAC is on top of our filing and we will not let up till we get the nod. Is there anyone out there that can help us with the land office? Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.
ReplyDeletesometimes i make a point to drop by my street rep's hse to make the security fees payment. Just a short walk after work or over the weekend to sort this out as our street rep can be busy with their own matters. so i thought, that's the least that i could do as a member and resident in the neighbourhood. anyway, good work to all SUAC members.

ReplyDeleteIs really good to see our taman so safe. I've been supporting the committee of this taman for more that 5 years. This one year is the most comfortable year i have ever live with my family. My last question, when is the guard house will be ready? That will be perfect. xxx Thanks SUAC
Thank you for your compliments and continued support. The application for the guardhouse has been submitted. We are now anxiously awaiting the said approval. We have received 1st stage approval from MBPJ and are awaiting the next stage approval from the Land Office. Should anyone in our community have any connections to the Land Office, please let us know. Otherwise, it's a waiting game.
