  1. I wonder what does it take for them (phase 4 people) to realize the cost per-member is affordable enough instead of taking the risk of not having security control within the area. We're already in 2012 but nothing can be done if people refuse to change. Sad...very sad.

  3. No no no no.....SUAC proposed to manage all 3 posts to ensure consistency but was rejected by P4. SUAC proposed that P4 pay their fair share for post 1 & 2 (based on a pro-rate), this was rejected. What SUAC is opposed to is SUAC managing the entire taman with no guarantee that P4 pays their fair share. SUAC will not and cannot use the funds of our residents to subsidize the security of others. SUAC is obligated to provide the best secuirty at the lowest cost to our residents. Crime statistics of the past year in both tamans should tell you a clear story. SUAC is open to negotiations but the outcome of such negotiations must be fair to all residents. With Post 3 closed for most of the day, don't you think that P4 should contribute to the Operations of post 1 & 2? Don't you think that Post 3 should operate under the same guidelines as Post 1 & 2? Don't you think that the post 3 guards (belonging to P4) should walkie talkie our guards on cars (w/o stickers) entering our side just as we did for them when cars were coming in from post 2, even though they didn't and don't pay a cent for post 2? So many issues, so little time to explain....trust me, there is nothing more that SUAC would like than to have a cohesive taman which works together....unfortunately, sometimes a divorce due to Irreconcilable differences is the best way out!!

  4. Dear Committee Members,

Firstly I would like to say thank you for the effort and hard work in making SUAC phase 2 & 3 a safe and called home environment place to stay for all the phase 2 & 3 residents.

I would also like to high light that the sales of 'R' car sticker is not stringent enough. This is because one of my relative, which non SUAC resident, managed to buy a sticker from the guard. This incident happen i believe is within this month or so. Because he did ask me to get him one sometime in December, which I refuses as he is not regular visitor.

Now how can we secured our premise, when the cars are allowed to move freely with 'Non-Resident' stickers? Kindly look into this.

    5/7 resident.

  5. Thank you so much for highlighting the above. Please accept us sincerest apoogies for the mess-up. This is completely unacceptable. We would appreciate if you could sms 012-673-9035, the license plate of the vehicle in question so as to enable us to retrieve the sticker. Rest assured, he/she will not be told that you provided us with the info. Once again, the guards were warned of such action, and we wish to thank you for your concern and assistance in making seri utama (p2&3) a safe environment.
