  1. Great job on post 1 & 2 but why not put the same effort on post 3. Cars seem to be coming in and out without any checking. Please balance your efforts to keep post 3 from being a easy entry point for burglars. We live on 5/6 and dont feel that suac is paying much attention to post 3. Please help. Also, who can i complain to about my neighbours dog? I cant sleep with the night barking. TY for all your hard work.

  4. Dear unhappy resident,

SUAC shares your frustration. Unfortunately, Post 3 comes under the jurisdiction of the Phase 4 committee. You may voice your frustration towards them. Kindly refer to our previous post (MOU between SUAC and Phase 4) for full details. Thanks.

  6. From my understanding, the Security Bureau is led by Syed. He can be reached at 0126900772.

  7. Post 3 being such a weak entry point defeats the purpose of manning Post 1 and 2 well. There were 2 men on a motorbike who rang my doorbell while being 'hidden' by the wall where the doorbell is at 11+ am this morning. When asked what they want, they just rode off. If the guards are doing a proper job, such strangers would not be allowed into our housing area in the first place. I noticed also that we are contributing more than half of the cost of manning post 3 under the MOU. I am just wondering why can't we insist that the guard there do a better job when more than of their salary is paid by our paying residents?

  8. 1) SUAC pays nothing towards the maintainance of post 3. Post 3 comes under the jurisdiction of the phase 4 committee.

    2) When confronted by such incidences as ststed above, kindly contact the guards via the new hotline.

    3) SUAC is making efforts to secure our streets despite the weak entry point at post 3.

    Thanks for your comments.
