Security Update: Delay of Sentry Guards

We apologise on the delay of the sentry guards for our taman. We have been working very hard to resolve this and so far we have gone through 3 security companies to get the legalised guards. Everytime each of them promised to send the guards on certain days but end up failing to keep to their promises.  We are currently working with another new security company and hopefully everything will be settled by early next week. Thanks for your understanding and support.

  1. I appreciate SUAC's effort in resolving the issue, and completely understand that things are not easy to rectify. For this, I salute SUAC's commitment and resolve in getting things sorted out for the benefit of our taman. I notice some familiar and old faces among the guards that are back on the job. Are we going to keep them coz they are doing a good job from before. Are they employed by the new security firm that in turn deploy them to SUAC? If that's the case, perhaps we could get back the other former guards as well as they have proven their reliability. Thanks

  2. I would like to see the old system of following non member vehicles to the respective houses reimplemented.. I dont think its on yet as I dont see the new sentry guards with walkie talkies.. but I could be wrong though..

  4. On Tues 16 April I got home early around 2pm, with the boom gate wide open and one guard seated at the side either half dozed off or looking down. And later in the afternoon around 5pm the same day a chinese guy pressed my door bell and when I asked what is it, he decline to say but kept ask me to come out while flashing a card. As I was about to shut the door only did I manage to gather he is selling some kinda of car products. Just don't feel there are security now, don't see nay guards petrolling as well. I hope this incident is just an isolated case.

Like Miswan Muiz Mahudin mentioned, I would seek to see the old system of non residence member vehicles to the respective houses reimplemented immediately and strict control of outsider who enter our Taman. Now it seem taxi can enter using any one of our entrance access.

  5. We are still trying our best to resolve all security issues. We have engaged Sebiro Security Services Sdn Bhd to provide legal Nepalese guard effective 1 May 2013. We hope to restore our taman security system the soonest. Thanks for your support and understanding.

  6. Today there is a group of people wearing uniform spraying aerosol for killing nyamuk aedes. They rang my door bell, & I went to check their purpose. This guy as first told me they come to spray aerosol, ask me to close my doors & windows, and need my name & signature on the form for me to show to the relevant officer if he/she come & visit my house. He also mentioned they will spray 5x in a year. As I saw his guys were spraying along the roadside, (and rushing for my breakfast) I didn't think much & sign. Then he ask me to pay RM100. I was shocked & rejected him. Then he wrote something on the form, asking me to pay RM20. I rejected him & walked straight home. This cunning guy will act like government officer & pushing people to pay for spraying aerosol but they are only a company staff who sell their aerosol spraying service. I don't like the way they approach us. They act like cheating & forcing people to pay. I am writing this to create awareness among us in SUAC thus let your family & maid know about it & dont fall into their dirty trap.
