Security Alert

Please be advised there are incidents where contractors from MBPJ asking residents to open their gates in the pretext to check for mosquitos and then asking for RM100 to do fogging. Some of the contractors were asking irrelevant and suspicious questions like the residents whereabouts during CNY and etc. SUAC have instructed our guards to lead them out of the Taman since they are soliciting funds to do this service. SUAC advise everyone not to let anyone to come in to the house to check for mosquito unless they are in MBPJ uniform and present MBPJ letter showing proof of checking. We have the right not to let unknown personnel to go into our house.

Although we can’t stop MBPJ contractors from coming in to do their respective job but everyone of us will have to be extra careful especially with the festive season coming. SUAC will enforce more stringent measures for the contractors coming into our Taman.  If anyone spotted any suspicious character loitering in our Taman, please call out guard HOTLINE 24 hours @ 0122385508.

  1. For everybody's information, only staff from the health district office (ie Inspektor Kesihatan) are allowed to check for mosquito breeding grounds and they are the only ones that can summon the owner. Hope this helps.

  2. Thank you very much SUAC and the team for all your efforts. Please note that couple of your GUARDS are too nosy and KNOWS if we have a MAID OR NOT !!!!! Please Please ROTATE THEM as per you initial plan. For example, we see the same guards at the park Sepah Puteri 5/5-5/10. Also if the street rep of 5/9 is reading this, please educate one of the houses nearer to 5/5 that her open burning 2-3 times day is exposing residents to SMOKE ! PLEASE PLEASE ACT !

  4. Dear SUAC Team, Read your email regarding raid on your guards. Didnt we forewarned about our suspicious guards ?

Residents: PLEASE PAY UP before you need to fork out 100x more for your
    medical bills/insurance !!!

YOU ARE ACCOUNTABLE for your own neighbour, if they dont pay, question them ! And please get to know your FREE RIDER neighbour.

Team, kindly remove the "Security" tags so we know who they are.

    God bless Team

  5. Why only one person commenting here ah? No one care wan ah? I tell you guys laa, just move to a real gated and guarded housing scheme, all your problems solved. To start with, Mutiara Damansara Phase 10 ain't too bad. Or you can look out for Kwasa Damansara (the RRIM land in Sg Buloh). All those oil drums, run down guard houses and barbed wires make the place look like Saigon during the Vietcong times.

And for the record, I do pay RM50 every month and sadly, I can't afford Mutiara Damansara. Kwasa seems attainable though.

  6. ONE BOOM GATE is good enough. tighten the entrances and do without rounding, residents get your sticks ready, empty bottles etc. Watch out
for each other ! Team SUAC, you are doing fantastic job. But you ought to take heed when resident complain about your guards, hassling maids, offering maid services.
